Polish labour inspectorate gains powers to crack down on bogus B2B contracts

Poland's State Labour Inspectorate (PIP) is set to receive new powers to challenge sham B2B and civil-law contracts that disguise standard employment relationships. The new regulations will allow inspectors to impose significantly higher fines on employers using such arrangements.
