Polish Labour Inspectorate can now convert B2B and civil contracts into employment

A reform of Poland's State Labour Inspectorate has come into force, granting inspectors the power to reclassify sham civil-law contracts and B2B arrangements as standard employment contracts. The change is designed to protect workers hired under fictitious legal arrangements.
