id Software loses up to half its staff just as Doom: The Dark Ages DLC launches

Xbox is cutting 3,200 jobs by the end of financial year 2027, with id Software reportedly losing around half of its staff — timed to coincide with the launch of the Doom: The Dark Ages – Revelations DLC.
