NHS to publish league tables rating trusts on tackling racism and violence towards staff
From July 2026, all NHS acute, ambulance and mental health trusts in England will be rated and ranked in published league tables across six measures of staff wellbeing, including tackling racism, violence and sexual misconduct. The initiative, announced by the government, covers more than 1.5 million NHS staff. It is the first time trusts will be publicly compared on how well they protect their employees from abuse.
