"Lamb" kebabs found to contain goat, skin and fat — millions misled

Millions of people in Britain have likely unknowingly eaten kebabs sold as lamb that actually contained goat meat, skin and fat. Tests revealed that some products contained less than 10% sheep meat. The findings point to widespread food fraud in the kebab industry.
