Blogger Książulo paid 5,000 zł for Hotel Gołębiewski, demanded refund — UOKiK responds

Polish YouTuber Książulo published a video of his stay at the newly opened Hotel Gołębiewski in Pobierowo, for which he paid nearly 5,000 zł. Dissatisfied with the conditions, he left the hotel and demanded a full refund. The controversy prompted Poland's consumer protection authority UOKiK to issue guidance on how guests can claim their rights in such situations.
