Australia mandates seafood country-of-origin labels on menus from 1 July

From 1 July, all Australian hospitality venues must label seafood on menus as "A" for Australian-caught, "I" for imported, or "M" for mixed, under a new federal government mandate. The change affects restaurants, cafes and other dining venues nationwide.
