From 8 July Polish labour inspectors can reclassify illegal employment contracts

New regulations covering the State Labour Inspectorate (PIP) take effect in Poland on 8 July, granting district labour inspectors the power to reclassify employment contracts that do not comply with the law. The reform also introduces pay-transparency rules for companies.
