Polish prices reach 73% of EU average, driven by energy and services
Prices in Poland reached 73.3% of the EU average in 2025, up from under 58% in 2015, according to the Polish Economic Institute. The rise is driven mainly by increasing costs of food, energy and services. Poland is steadily closing the price gap with wealthier EU economies.
