Another heatwave is sweeping across Poland, and doctors are warning that temperatures above 30°C pose a serious risk not only to the elderly but also to young and physically active people. The dangers include dehydration, weakness, impaired consciousness and heatstroke. Specialists recommend limiting daytime activity and staying well hydrated.
