Vance Hails Progress in US-Iran Talks as Tehran Agrees to IAEA Inspectors

A key outcome was Tehran's agreement to allow International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) inspectors back into Iran. Vance nonetheless criticised Iran's negotiators for what he described as "threatening" behaviour and "whining" during the discussions.
