Meat inspection: 78% of minced meat retailers failed food standards
Poland's Agricultural and Food Quality Inspection (IJHARS) conducted checks at nine retail outlets selling minced meat and found that 77.8 percent of them violated applicable standards. The results were described as damning and point to widespread irregularities in this segment of food retail. The inspection findings raise serious concerns about the quality of minced meat available to consumers.
