Sabalenka drops WTA world No.1 ranking after Berlin loss to Pegula
Aryna Sabalenka has lost her WTA world No.1 ranking after being beaten by American Jessica Pegula in the semi-finals of the WTA 500 tournament in Berlin. In the third set of Saturday's match, the Belarusian failed to win a single game. Following the WTA's overnight rankings update, Sabalenka trails by 223 points and is no longer the world's top-ranked player.
