Solorz Vows to Defend Cyfrowy Polsat From Heirs' "Private Interests"
Zygmunt Solorz addressed Cyfrowy Polsat shareholders in a letter ahead of the company's annual general meeting on June 22, calling the firm "the work of his life" and pledging to protect it from the fallout of an escalating control dispute. He sharply criticised his heirs and some former associates, accusing them of putting private interests above the group's wellbeing. His wife, Justyna Kulka, also wrote a separate letter to investors.
