Norwegian general on Ukrainian soldiers: their ability to improvise is astounding

Brigadier General Atle Molde, commander of NATO forces training Ukrainians at camps in Poland, told Business Insider that some Ukrainian soldiers with two years of combat experience still struggle with basic rifle shooting. He emphasised, however, their extraordinary ability to improvise and adapt under difficult conditions. Norwegian training aims to fill gaps in fundamental technical skills.
