UN experts call for Sudan-wide arms embargo

A UN experts' report presented to the Human Rights Council calls for a weapons embargo to be extended to the whole of Sudan and properly enforced. The conflict has been raging for more than three years, and the report points to the role of foreign entities in sustaining it. The existing embargo covers only part of the country.
