Record meat consumption in Poland in 2025: 82 kg per person

According to Poland's Central Statistical Office, average meat consumption rose to 82.0 kg per capita in 2025 from 76.3 kg the previous year — the highest level since at least 2010. Poles also consumed more eggs, sugar, fruit, and grain products. At the same time, alcohol consumption declined.
