Over 1,400 creditors are waiting to recover money from Janusz Palikot's business assets, with claims exceeding 240 million zloty. The bankruptcy trustee has warned that without a swift sale of the Tenczynek estate, the entire proceedings may be at risk. A dispute over the creditors' list and asset protection is also ongoing.
