Ex-Estonian counterintelligence chief: Germany's response to Russia too weak

Dr Arnold Sinisalu, head of Estonian counterintelligence from 2013 to 2023, warns that Russia is deliberately targeting Germany by boosting the AfD. He argues that if Germany turns away from Ukraine, other European states will lose motivation to continue their support. Sinisalu says Berlin's steps against Moscow have so far been insufficiently firm.
