Interpol to issue second red notice for Bogusław Bagsik over a photograph

A Polish court is preparing a second Interpol red notice request for Bogusław Bagsik, fugitive behind a major financial pyramid scheme, according to Rzeczpospolita. The first notice was issued following his conviction. An issue with a photograph had been holding up the second request.
