Polish farmers' retail trade used as new Sunday shopping loophole

According to the DlaHandlu.pl portal, some retailers are exploiting a farmers' retail trade exemption to open on Sundays, when shopping is otherwise banned in Poland. MP Wioletta Kulpa is calling for an investigation into the scale of the practice and tighter regulations. A previous loophole involving in-store reader clubs was struck down by the Supreme Court.
