Epinephrine auto-injectors recalled over particulate matter including glass

Epinephrine allergy auto-injectors have been recalled after particulate matter, including glass particles, was found in the products. According to the recall notice, such contaminants can cause blockages and clotting in blood vessels. The affected injectors are used to treat severe allergic reactions.
