Expert: Russia has been preparing for war with NATO since the mid-2000s

Marek Menkiszak, head of the Russia team at the Centre for Eastern Studies (OSW), stated that Russia has been preparing for war with NATO since at least the mid-2000s. He described it as a long-term, consistent process rather than a recent development. Menkiszak made the remarks on the programme "Najważniejsze pytania."
