Uber and Wayve launch UK's first robotaxi service in London

Uber and UK autonomous driving startup Wayve have launched Britain's first robotaxi service in London, beating Waymo to the market. Ford Mustang Mach-E electric vehicles fitted with Wayve's self-driving technology are now available to book through the Uber app. The launch marks a significant milestone for the autonomous vehicle industry in Europe.
