Poland's first 155 mm artillery shell passes tests — production from 2027

Poland's first domestically developed 155 mm artillery shell has successfully passed firing-range tests, the PGO Group announced on Friday. The project, developed together with the Military Institute of Armament Technology (WITU), is now entering its key phase, with commercial production expected to begin in 2027. The milestone marks a significant step in building Poland's domestic ammunition industry.
