Smart ring maker Oura files to list on Nasdaq stock exchange

Oura, the San Francisco-based maker of health-tracking smart rings, has filed to list on the Nasdaq stock exchange in New York. The company counts Prince Harry, Jennifer Aniston and Kim Kardashian among its celebrity fans and ambassadors. The filing was made public on Thursday.
