Lebanese return to devastated southern villages despite no shelter or water

Residents are returning en masse to villages in southern Lebanon devastated by Israel's military invasion, despite the absence of shelter, running water and basic infrastructure. The returns are happening in defiance of the dire conditions left by the conflict. Reconstruction of the destroyed communities is only in its earliest stages.
