Norway seizes Russian vessel at Svalbard on Naftogaz court order

Norwegian authorities have seized the Russian research vessel Professor Molchanov at Svalbard under a court order obtained by Ukraine's Naftogaz. The seizure stems from Russia's refusal to pay damages awarded to Naftogaz. Moscow has protested against the move.
