Analysts at TrendForce warn that memory costs for some new iPhone models could be nearly 400% higher than last year, driven by surging demand for AI-capable RAM. As a result, retail prices for the new iPhones could rise by 10–20% compared to the previous generation. The phenomenon has been dubbed "RAMageddon" by industry observers.
