Prosecutors Seek to Question President Nawrocki Over TK Judges Case

Prosecutors have asked President Karol Nawrocki to indicate a convenient time and place for questioning as a witness. The investigation concerns the blocking of Constitutional Tribunal judges from adjudicating. Spokesperson for the Prosecutor General Anna Adamiak confirmed the request was sent. Judge Żurek stressed the case must be fully investigated.
