Parliamentary committee approves land for EV factory near Jaworzno

Poland's parliamentary environment committee approved on Thursday the transfer of land near Jaworzno for the construction of an electric vehicle factory. The plant is a Polish-Taiwanese joint venture; construction is set to begin in spring 2027, with car production expected to start by the end of the decade.
