Pashinyan: Armenia Won't Object If Russia Withdraws Its Military Base from Gyumri

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said Thursday that Yerevan would not protest if Russia decided to withdraw its military base from Gyumri. He added, however, that if Russia expressed a desire to stay, Armenia would be open to discussing it. The statement signals a further cooling of relations between Yerevan and Moscow.
