Lithuania summoned Russian embassy official and handed over two protest notes

Lithuania's Foreign Ministry summoned a representative of the Russian embassy and handed over two formal protest notes. The first concerns Russia's hybrid attacks against European countries, including a drone incident in Leipzig. The second relates to Russia's ongoing attacks against Ukraine.
