Ukrainian man with signal jammer left Poland before prosecution could appeal
A 23-year-old Ukrainian man, Illia S., suspected of testing jamming equipment at Warsaw's Chopin Airport on behalf of foreign services, left Poland after a court ordered his release from detention. The prosecution filed an appeal, but the man had already departed. Border guards had flagged him as a security threat and handed him over to Ukrainian services the same day. Security expert Prof. Col. (ret.) Dariusz Kozerawski warned that Russia is counting on exactly such procedural loopholes.
