Ukrainian man caught with signal jammer at Warsaw airport leaves Poland despite prosecutors' appeal
A 23-year-old Ukrainian national, Illia S., arrested at Warsaw Chopin Airport with a signal jammer, was released by a court and left Poland before prosecutors could successfully challenge the ruling. The Border Guard deemed him a security threat and handed him to Ukrainian services on the same day. According to Onet sources, he may have been testing the airport's systems for foreign intelligence. Expert Prof. Col. (ret.) Dariusz Kozerawski warned that Russia counts on exactly such scenarios playing out.
