Driver behind deadly A1 crash near Mykanów arrested — had dangerous drug in blood

31-year-old Dominik D. has been remanded in custody for three months after causing a crash on the A1 motorway near Mykanów that killed four people and left four others seriously injured. Tests showed he had in his blood a drug described as similarly dangerous to "flakka", a synthetic psychoactive substance. He has been formally charged in connection with the incident.
