Hundreds of Ukrainian drones hit Moscow area overnight, grounding passenger flights
Hundreds of Ukrainian drones targeted Moscow overnight from Wednesday to Thursday, fulfilling President Zelensky's earlier warning that Russian airspace would no longer be safe for passenger aviation. Aircraft were grounded at airports and several flights failed to reach the Russian capital. Moscow's mayor posted 12 messages on Telegram throughout the night alerting residents to the ongoing attacks.
