Hackers who stole 19 million Poles' data go silent: expert suspects arrests

The hackers behind the leak of data belonging to nearly 19 million Poles have gone silent after making earlier announcements. Adam Haertle, editor-in-chief of Zaufana Trzecia Strona, told Interia that going quiet after loud threats often indicates the perpetrators have been arrested. Haertle also commented on theories that the massive data breach may have actually occurred as early as 2024.
