Nawrocki to be questioned over blocked Constitutional Tribunal judges

Justice Minister and Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek announced that prosecutors have asked President Karol Nawrocki to name a convenient time and place for questioning. The investigation concerns the blocking of legally elected Constitutional Tribunal judges from taking up their posts. Żurek stressed the case must be resolved "to the very bottom."
