Prosecutors summon President Nawrocki to testify in Constitutional Tribunal case

Prosecutors have formally summoned President Karol Nawrocki to be questioned as a witness in an investigation into the blocking of legally elected Constitutional Tribunal judges. Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek said the case must be resolved "without evasion and without political immunity from the truth." Nawrocki is asked to propose a convenient time and venue.
