DRC Ebola outbreak tops 3,000 deaths with record-breaking spread

Congo's Ebola outbreak has killed more than 3,000 people out of over 6,100 confirmed cases, according to the country's Ministry of Health. The disease is spreading faster than ever recorded, making this the fastest-growing Ebola outbreak in history. The outbreak was declared a global health emergency in mid-May.
