Parliamentary committee approves Maciej Berek's candidacy for Constitutional Tribunal

The parliamentary justice and human rights committee gave a positive opinion on Maciej Berek's candidacy for a judge's seat on the Constitutional Tribunal. His nomination was put forward by a group of MPs from the Civic Coalition.
