Cuba allows private companies with more than 100 employees

Cuba's Council of State issued a decree allowing the establishment of private companies employing more than 100 workers. This is another step in a series of economic liberalisation reforms approved by the Cuban government in June. The information was reported by Spanish news agency EFE.
