Petrol rises by PLN 1.06 to PLN 7.63/l as 23% VAT on fuel is reinstated

The reinstatement of 23% VAT on fuels caused a significant rise in petrol station prices across Poland. The average price of 95-octane petrol rose by PLN 1.06 in a week to PLN 7.63 per litre, while diesel went up by PLN 0.88 to PLN 8.39, according to e-petrol.pl analysts. Drivers will feel the increase directly at every fill-up.
