Rubio: US negotiating licence with Ukraine for domestic Patriot missile production

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that Washington is negotiating a licence with Ukraine to produce Patriot missile system munitions domestically. He cautioned, however, that the agreement would not deliver the short-term solutions Kyiv is seeking. Ukraine has been urging allies for months to supply air defence systems, particularly Patriot missiles.
