Housing communities may gain right to ban short-term rentals in Poland

A bill that would allow Polish housing communities to ban short-term rentals in their buildings has been referred to parliamentary committees. The proposal aims to address residents' complaints about disturbances linked to platforms such as Airbnb. The legislation is still at an early stage of the parliamentary process.
