Man who imprisoned and raped a woman for 4 years gets 25-year sentence on appeal

The Wrocław Court of Appeal reduced the sentence of 34-year-old Mateusz J., who for four years held a woman captive in a padlocked room, subjected her to abuse and repeatedly raped her. The court replaced the original life sentence with a final ruling of 25 years in prison.
