Expert urges Ukrainians to stockpile a week's worth of water and food

An expert connected to Ukrainian authorities is urging Ukrainians to stockpile enough water and basic food supplies to last one to one-and-a-half weeks. The appeal comes after Russia destroyed approximately 90 percent of the logistics infrastructure supporting Ukraine's food supply chains. The expert described the stockpiling as "an absolute necessity."
