Sabotage near Cologne: six pyrotechnic launchers found at power substation

Investigators found six pyrotechnic launchers in a cornfield following the sabotage of a power substation in Bergheim, about 25 km west of Cologne. Preliminary findings point to comparable circumstances to a previous attack on the energy grid in Brandenburg. Polish Foreign Minister Sikorski has described Germany as a target in what appears to be a series of acts of state terrorism.
