Polish banks earned 25.1 billion zloty in seven months, profit down 11.4% year-on-year

Poland's banking sector posted a net profit of 25.13 billion zloty in January–July 2026, down 11.4 percent year-on-year, according to the National Bank of Poland. The result marks a clear slowdown in profit growth compared with the record figures recorded in previous years.
